At Garden Wrld, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. While we do not accept returned shipments, we offer a supportive resolution for items delivered in unsatisfactory condition.
Damaged or Defective Items If your plants arrive damaged or in poor health, please email us at info@gardenwrld.com with a photo of the condition within 30 days of receiving your order. Upon reviewing the situation, we will either replace the item at no additional cost or provide a full refund to your original payment method.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
- The item must be damaged or defective as received.
- It should be in its original packaging, unused, with tags intact.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
Initiating a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at info@gardenwrld.com. We will guide you through the process and notify you once your return has been accepted.
Damages and Issues Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions Please note that certain types of items, such as plant bundles and physical plant products, are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
